Our practice accepts cash payments, EFTPOS, Master Cards, and Visa. Also, you can choose one of our payment plan options to cover your bill.

What is DentiCare?

Denticare is an interest-free, direct debit payment plan that allows you to pay the cost of your dental treatment over time. With Denticare you can pay off up to $50,000 in treatment with options to pay back weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

For treatments under $2000, Denticare allows you 12 months to repay the treatment amount. For treatments over $2000 Denticare provides you with 24 months to repay the treatment amount.

Denticare does not charge any fees beyond their $39 start-up fee and a small fee for credit card or bank account transactions. Denticare does also ask that 20% of the total treatment cost be paid upfront.

Am I Eligible to Use DentiCare?

To be eligible for Denticare you need:
To be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
To be over 18 years old,
To be currently employed; and
To have no prior record of bankruptcy.
It should also be noted that Denticare does perform credit checks for treatments over $5000.
Once you have applied to Denticare you will know whether you have been approved within 48-72 hours.

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay like Zip and DentiCare, allows you to shop now and pay later. Split your bill into 4 equal, interest-free, payments. You can pay your dental treatment bill with Afterpay.

Also, you can set up the Afterpay Card on your phone and pay your bill with Apple Pay or Google Pay to make a contactless payment at checkout

How Can I Create an Afterpay Account?

Simply you can download the Afterpay mobile app on the app store or on Google Play and create your account.

Am I eligible to use Afterpay?

Be living in Australia
Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid and verifiable email address and phone number
Use an Australian bank payment card
Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
Have a verifiable and valid ID

Who is eligible for the Early Release of Super for Medical Treatments?

All Australian (and NZ residents) citizens can apply for the early release of superannuation on compassionate grounds to help cover the cost of medical treatments.

Can I use my partner’s super for my dental treatment?

Yes, you can use your partner’s super to fund your dental treatment.

I don’t have enough super; can I access another person’s super for my treatment?

Yes, you can access the super of your spouse, partner or other dependants to cover the cost of your treatment.

Are there any limitations on the amount of super I can withdraw?

No, there are no limitations on the amount of super you can withdraw. You are eligible to withdraw the amount required for your treatment.

What type of treatment can I gain approval for?

Access My Super can help you access your super to cover the cost of a variety of dental and orthodontic treatments including braces, crowns, general dental, implants, orthodontics, periodontics and many more.

How long does the application process take?

It usually takes fourteen (14) days to get your Letter of Approval. We keep you up to date throughout the entire application process.

What happens if my application is not approved?

At Access My Super we have a 100% success rate. Should your application not be approved we will provide a detailed explanation from the ATO. We also have a No Approval No Fee policy!

What happens if I need more money for my procedure than I originally thought, and I have been approved already?

Don’t worry, if the costs increase for your procedure, we can resubmit for additional unforeseen costs.

What do I need to do before my consultation?

You will need to contact your Superannuation Fund to ensure you have adequate funds to access your treatment. Your ATO and MyGov account also need to be up to date including contact information.

Where can I use with Humm?

Does humm use credit checks?

We’re a responsible provider of credit which means we need to consider a few things when we assess your application. We may take a look at your credit score when you apply, but don’t worry, simply applying for humm won’t affect your score at all or leave a record on your credit file. Who is eligible for humm?

To get a humm account you need to:

• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be permanently employed working at least 25 hours per week or receiving an aged or veterans pension;
• Have never declared bankruptcy or that you are about to become or are insolvent.

What are Little things and Big things?

At humm, we do Buy Now Pay Later a little differently. Instead of just focusing on the little joys in life, we want to allow our customers to fund whatever they need, both big and little. This means we’ve split our product into two; Little things for all of your purchases up to $2,000, and Big things for those purchases over $2,000 and up to $30,000. They each have their own set of rules for approval, but no matter what, we never charge interest – ever.
